Final Gate Forgotten Realms Last Mythal book 3 by Richard Baker

This concludes one of the best Forgotten Realms Trilogies and lives up to the expectations for this book. There are some really good characters in this series Araevin Teshurr is a really likeable hero, Sarya Dlardrageth would make a much better Villain if she was no so arrogant. The way she is so dismissive of humans and confident that she is so much more intelligent and superior than everyone else is the reason behind her downfall. It would be nice to read about a Villian that did not have this fault. I was pleased at how so many events were in the book but it did not disturb the balance of the story line. I was happy to have the opportunity to support the Zhentilar as they attacked Hillsfar. I lost alot of my liking of Ilsevele Miritar with her behaviour in this book. But the book was really good, it keeps your interest and is very well paced I fund this book hard to put down and that is always a good sign.

Bloodwalk Forgotten Realms Wizards series by James P. Davis

This was one of the worst Forgotten Realms Novels that I have read it has everything that the other books. But the ordering of the story line in this book is not very well thought out. There is no pace to the story and when the pace picks up it is immediately slowed down again. The characters seemed a bit whiney Quin, Dresyla and Elisandrya all exhibit this. Elisandrya is probably the worst always going on about her parents death. Sameska is just pathetic jelious of her underlings and made to look a fool. Morgynn is a not very interesting villain her aims are a bit lacking gathering her power and sleeping seems to bring on memories of her life which it proves to be a struggle to be interested in
